Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this store and your purchases from Hustle clothes, a business operated from Israel selling worldwide. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Our products
We sell apparel — t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts — carrying original Hustle clothes designs. Every item is printed to order through our production partner's international facilities: nothing is pre-made, and your item is produced specifically for your order. Product colours may render differently on different screens, and minor variations between product photos and the delivered garment can occur with printed apparel; neither constitutes a defect.
Prices and availability
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time; the price charged is the one displayed at checkout.
- Shipping is charged in addition to product prices, per our Shipping Policy, and shown at checkout before payment.
- Where a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
- Designs and colourways may be limited and may not return once retired.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. Payment is collected at checkout via our payment providers, and you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
Made-to-order nature, cancellations and returns
Because products are manufactured on demand for your order, cancellations and changes are only possible before production begins, and change-of-mind returns are not offered — as detailed in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms along with our Shipping Policy. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded in full. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, EU/UK consumer law, or other mandatory local law that applies to you.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, images, and text on this store are the property of Hustle clothes and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you the right to use and enjoy the garment; it does not grant any licence to reproduce, reprint, or commercially exploit the designs in any form.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape its content or data.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel — without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions, or the jurisdiction of consumer courts, of the country in which they habitually reside.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order.
